Advisors Excel

Advisors Excel had outgrown their previous two offices in a three-year span. To accommodate their rapidly growing insurance marketing business and allow space for future growth, Advisors Excel purchased a furniture store and warehouse to convert into a world-class headquarters. The space was renovated to include a training room for 400, conference rooms, open office areas for teams, private management offices, employee lounge areas, production studio, a two-story pre-function reception hall, kitchen, and a fitness room. To achieve the professional, progressive, and contemporary corporate headquarters feel they wanted, the existing exterior CMU walls were replaced by new walls in-filled with expansive glazing to allow daylight into the large open office areas. A new two story entrance lobby was designed to provide them a signature entry as well as increasing the daylight brought into the core of the building.
